Thanks to 30 years of experience working for some of the most demanding top managers of international companies, Karine Billet has acquired a broad understanding of all aspects of the profession of Executive Assistant.

In 2018, Karine established K-Hunting, a recruitment agency specialised in bespoke searches for high-calibre Executive Assistants.
Karine’s roots in the French agricultural region of Champagne developed her keen sense of the concrete: Her approach to recruiting is pragmatic and grounded in reality, characteristics she shares with other members of the team.
For each assignment, we first review our portfolio of talents, which is continually updated. Then, if necessary, we widen our search to other candidates wherever they are, in order to source the best professional for the job.
